Matthew Rusakevich is a Partner at Marrow Advisors, where he works directly with owners to lead sell-side M&A engagements across the lower middle market. Matthew's approach in guiding owner-operated businesses through M&A transactions is grounded in delivering outcomes through common sense advice, and a respect for the work it takes to build something from the ground up.

Prior to co-founding Marrow Advisors, Matthew worked at SDR Ventures, where he led sell-side M&A transactions across a wide spectrum of industries ranging from commercial field services to manufacturing.

Matthew graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business. He lives in Denver and enjoys traveling, swimming, and painting in his spare time.
